South March
The South March project involved the demolition of an existing single-story office block and the construction of a new high-specification office facility covering approximately 1,800 square feet.
The new office space featured raised computer flooring, suspended ceilings with low-energy lighting, air conditioning, and modern galley kitchen areas. Additional welfare facilities were provided separately for factory employees. The project also includes high-spec aluminium security glazing, a central reception area with toilet facilities, and external upgrades to the car park and fencing. Upon completion, the total built space of the property was approximately 20,000 square feet.
Works on this project were completed in the first half of 2021 and the property was fully leased shortly after.
